As a child, I had very bad headaches, so bad that I couldn’t lift my head from the pillow. The doctors could not figure out the reason. I lived with the headaches into adulthood which caused insomnia, moodiness, and various other issues. I met various herbalists who kept telling me I was constipated, as I only had two bowel movements a week while also having an overeating disorder.
First of all, I was very “skinny,” therefore, I didn’t believe them. But one day I had an anxiety attack due to the sleep medication I was taking for years, and wanted to jump out my balcony window. This really scared me, so out of desperation, I started taking some herbal colon cleansers to help me poop. It was a challenging process, but once I became consistent taking my herbs, I started having bowel movements once a day and to my amazement, my headaches started going away. I had headaches for 30 plus years, and now the only time I get a headache is when I eat the wrong foods. Now I have at least 3 bowel movements a day due to the consistency of drinking my water, eating plenty of live food (fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, etc.), taking my herbal supplements and exercise.
The end of my constipation has cleared my mind in order to start my journey on the road to Natural Health. Now I am a healthy and happy “thin” woman who works on being healthy on a daily basis.
Helpful hints to end constipation:
· Avoid Constipating foods: Cheese, Red meat, Processed Foods
· Drink, half your body weight in ounces of water, daily
· The combination of room temperature water with herbs is powerful!
· Eat an apple a day
