Do I need a DETOX?
Just like dusting your furniture and cleaning your bathroom, the human body needs to be cleaned, too. Especially if you have a lifestyle that includes processed foods, packaged foods, cheese, red meat, white flour, white sugar, white rice. Let’s just say the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) or if you’re exposed to:
Second-hand smoke, Vehicle fumes, Mold and Mildew, Household cleaners, Smog, Paint fumes, Fertilizers, Dust, Animal dander, Dry cleaned clothed, Smog, Pollution, and the list goes on… I’m sure you get the idea.
Here is a list of some symptoms to signal that it is time for a reliable “body cleanse”:
- Do you experience fatigue or low energy?
- Do you experience brain fog, lack of concentration and/or poor memory?
- Do you crave or eat sugar?
- Do you have less than 2 bowel movements a day?
